Visakhapatnam, Apr. 20 (ANI): Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader Prakash Karat on Sunday said that his party should strengthen its base across the country in order to fight against 'communal forces' accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government at the Centre of being anti-people and pro-industrialist. "To fight against the communal forces, it is imperative that the CPI (M) is strengthened and become a strong all India party and our party congress has decided to take all the steps necessary to strengthen the mass base of the CPI (M) all over the country," Karat said, while addressing the party's national congress.
