VDF products fair: Italian manufacturer 41zero42 has created a range of tiles named Pulp for architectural tile supplier Parkside that are designed to "capture the rich luxury of marble".
The marble-effect, porcelain wall- and floor tiles were created for tile supplier Parkside to appear like Arabescato marble – a veiny stone that is quarried in Tuscany, Italy.
"Pulp allows exploration of the impact of finish and colour of prominently veined marble," said Parkside.
"Creating fields of finish that bring new meaning, or simply a beautiful all-over marble effect perfectly balanced to the light of the interior, the porcelain tile redefines the design possibilities of marble."
The Pulp tiles are available in white with veins in five colours: gold, black, green, blue and red. Each of the colours is available in three finishes – polished, honed and raw – and in a choice of five sizes. An additional 75 x 600 millimetre tile is an additional option in the polished finish.
