3Novices:Secrets Act panel boss against opening Netaji files

Union Cabinet secretary Ajit Kumar Seth, who heads the newly formed committee of secretaries to review the Official Secrets Act, had asked to be removed from the Netaji files declassification case last December and urged the home ministry to defend the government's stand against disclosing the classified documents.
