3Novices:SC tells HC to dispose off petitions seeking transfer of drug racket cases to CBI in 3 months

In an important order regarding the petitions filed in the Punjab and Haryana high court seeking transfer of inquiry into drug-related cases to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Supreme Court has asked the chief justice of the HC to dispose off such pleas within three months.
