3Novices:At 747 years, Hari Singh is Meerut’s oldest voter

According to the electoral roll prepared by Meerut Cantonment Board (MCB), which goes to polls on May 17, the oldest voter in Meerut is 747 years old. There are others also in the list whose ages have been mentioned between 200 and 600 years.
