New Delhi, Feb. 23 (ANI): People's Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti on Monday said that her party is working with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to frame a 'common minimum programme' ahead of the government formation in Jammu and Kashmir. "When two sides come together for the formation of a government, there are many things on which the sides need to have a mutual understanding to make a common minimum programme," Mufti said. The PDP and BJP have been in talks over government formation in Jammu and Kashmir ever since the results of the assembly polls threw up a hung assembly.
