New Delhi, Feb. 26 (ANI): Leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday praised the rail budget for the year 2015-16 on twitter, terming it 'transformative', 'balanced' and 'growth oriented' Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh posted that the budget will push the sector towards the 'right track', crediting Union Minister for Railways Suresh Prabhu for the plan via a series of tweets. "I congratulate the @RailMinIndia Shri @sureshpprabhu on presenting a balanced and growth oriented Rail Budget for 2015-16." "By increasing investments to improve infrastructure and passenger amenities the Rail Budget has pushed the Railways back on the right track." "Rail Budget underscores our government's plan to make the Railways more consumer-focused and passenger friendly.Prabhuji deserves credit for it." Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore felt that the budget has touched upon all major issues faced by rail passengers.
